- What does a Destination Services Company do? And why may you need one?
If you are organizing a destination meeting in the Greater Houston Metropolitan area or Galveston Island, a cruise group sailing from Galveston Island, or other fun event, finding your way through the maze of possibilities can be daunting and confusing. Destination Services Companies are experienced in organizing events for your company destination event, travel event, destination wedding, or any other destination event you might have. The keyword when working with a DSC is "customized". No matter what the event or occasion, we will always find creative and tailor-made solutions just right for you.
- How small of a group will you handle?
We begin with parties of 2 for custom tours, 30 for airport transfers, or 10 for luncheons, and any size group for conferences, conventions and travel related events.
- Do you accept credit cards?
Yes, we accept all major credit cards except Diners Club.
- Do you provide executive coach service for Houston hotels and conventions?
Absolutely. We transport thousands of guests from Houston airports to hotels in Houston and Galveston. We also transport groups to/from the cruise ships in Galveston, and provide shuttle service between Convention Centers, local hotels and dining choices.
- What is your cancellation policy?
It depends on the event and mother nature. We work with each client to specify the parameters of the event(s) and develop a condusive cancellation policy acceptable to both parties.
- Do you charge extra for waiting for a delayed flight?
For airport transfers, an extra charge is incurred if the delayed flight information was not communicated, and an hourly rate is applied.
Missing your flight is considered a "No show" and you will be charged 100% if the flight is missed and not communicated to us 3 hours (domestic) and 8 hours (internationally) prior to the scheduled arrival.
