Do you provide executive coach service for Houston hotels and conventions? Absolutely. We transport thousands of guests from Houston airports to hotels in Houston and Galveston. We also transport groups to/from the cruise ships in Galveston, and provide shuttle service between Convention Centers, local hotels and dining choices. Back to Top
What is your cancellation policy? It depends on the event and mother nature. We work with each client to specify the parameters of the event(s) and develop a condusive cancellation policy acceptable to both parties. Back to Top
Do you charge extra for waiting for a delayed flight? For airport transfers, an extra charge is incurred if the delayed flight information was not communicated, and an hourly rate is applied.
Missing your flight is considered a "No show" and you will be charged 100% if the flight is missed and not communicated to us 3 hours (domestic) and 8 hours (internationally) prior to the scheduled arrival. Back to Top
